I like the banner :). Ummm, that's up to you with the gadgets. Just go to settings and see which ones you like :). You can look at my blog and see my gadgets; those are the ones I like, but it's really a personal thing/depends what you need for your blog. There's also more than the "blogger" gadgets; I have that quote app, for example, so I'd say if you run across something you like, embed it! It's really up to you, though with that. Just experiment, and you'll figure out what works and what doesn't.
